David LeBlanc offered a lecture reflecting his latest thinking on MSR/LFTR technology at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in May.

as is a video of his lecture. this was a terrific lecture, and well worth studying. (Note there appears to be a bug in a 64 bit Microsoft codix, that drops the sound. The video can be down loaded and played with imperfect sound on aVLC player. Hopefully ORNL will clear this problem up.)
